If you look up the meaning of the word "rug" you will find the following definition: "..a thick fabric for covering part of a floor, often woven of wool and often having an oblong shape with a border design" - found on dictionary.com. Folks - this is NOT A RUG. It is a mat or something else but not a rug. I should have known better when the shipping weight is only 12 lbs. It has a pleasing design, which is what attracted me (and that allows me to rate two stars instead of one star), but is is made out of a plastic-like material. It surprises me that so many reviewers will rate this so highly. It was very easy to return as Amazon has an excellent automated process. I hope I save some people trouble and money by issuing this review.Only had the rugs (I bought two) for a month or two. They are lighter than I expected but very pretty. Hopefully, they will hold up where a pot drains onto one corner under the outside dining room table.not bad, doesn't curl up and appears to be sturdy (but haven't had it that long, time will tell). Got it to protect the wooden floor from the rolling office chair.Somewhat disappointed but it fits the area I purchased it for. I really thought this would be of higher quality and a deeper pile but worth the price I paid.The rug even though it is a indoor/outdoor rug, it is comfortable on the feet, not scratchy like you think indoor/outdoor would be. Very pleased with this purchase. And the price was right and we got free shipping all the way to Hawaii..This rug is great! The color you see on your monitor is the color it is. Past outdoor rugs I have had have turned up in the corners; this does not. Looks well made. I am very happy with this purchase.Nice rug but more for outdoors.Love this rug Just wished it had been available in a bigger size.
